Their opponents, French Swimming, clearly decided that the best way to win was to turn the grass into a casualty ward, racking up seven fouls and leaving the pitch looking like a disaster zone. It was a brutal affair where the referee seemed to be the only person not participating in the physical assault. 🩹

The drama peaked in the 62nd minute when LeSlovak FL were gifted a penalty, converting it with a rare moment of competence that briefly tricked their fans into thinking they actually stood a chance. However, the joy was short-lived. French Swimming, perhaps realizing that they were losing to a team that spends more time tending to their two injured players than playing the ball, finally decided to show up. They leveled the score and then snatched a 1-2 victory in the 76th minute, leaving the home side in total disarray.
