Foot-Land game guide
Learn to run your club, from building the stadium to lifting the trophy.

Introduction
Welcome to Foot-Land, the football management game that has been running since 2004. There is no aggressive pay-to-win here: over a season, it is how well you manage that decides things.
Getting started
The first weeks matter. You start with a small squad and a limited budget — do not spend it all at once.
Stadium first
Your stadium is your main source of income. The bigger it is, the more FL (the in-game currency) you take at every home match.
| Capacity | Cost | Build time |
|---|---|---|
| 10 000 seats | 70 000 FL | 3 days |
| 20 000 seats | 140 000 FL | 3 days |
| 30 000 seats | 280 000 FL | 4 days |
| 40 000 seats | 550 000 FL | 4 days |
| ... | ... | ... |
Note: build times can vary slightly.
Money
Mismanage the wage bill and you go under.
Earning FL
- Matches: Gate receipts — think carefully about ticket prices.
- Club shop: Sell shirts and scarves (daily income, as long as you log in).
- Objectives & Bonus: Log in every day to collect what you have earned.
- Transfers: Develop young players and sell them on for more.
Running the squad
Training
Players improve in two main ways:
- Group training (+1 or +2): Quick, and the right way to keep the whole squad ticking over.
- Individual training (+5 or more): Slower, but it is how you build specialists.
A defender needs tackling and strength; a forward needs shooting and pace. Shaping them is your job.
Motivation
Motivation wins matches. It rises with wins and fair wages, and falls with defeats and late payment.
Matches
You can play friendlies, league matches and cup ties.
Tactics
Pick your shape (4-4-2, 4-3-3, 5-3-2…). The right tactics beat a side that looks stronger on paper.
Competitions
- Leagues: Join a division that suits your level. The end-of-season prize money is worth having.
- Cups: Straight knockout. Glory or the exit.
- World Cup: The big one, where the best of them meet.
