With a staggering six shots on target compared to a pathetic zero from their opponents, Imperium treated the ball like a long-lost friend, while Les galoubets clearly treated it like a live grenade they were desperate to avoid. ⚽

The misery for Les galoubets began early and never relented. By the 28th minute, the deadlock was shattered, setting the tone for a relentless barrage. The only thing Les galoubets managed to accomplish with any consistency was committing fouls—four in total—one of which resulted in a nasty injury for an Imperium player just before halftime. It was a desperate, clumsy display of frustration from a side that looked like they had been kidnapped and forced to play against their will. 🤕

As the second half unfolded, Imperium turned the screw, adding two more clinical goals in the 62nd and 81st minutes to seal a comfortable 3-0 victory. Despite a few wayward shots and a missed free kick, there was never a moment where the outcome felt in doubt. Les galoubets finished the day having contributed absolutely nothing to the attacking statistics, leaving their fans wondering if they had actually turned up at all.
