What an absolute circus of a match! The encounter between CS Sedan-Ardennes and Richmond was less of a tactical battle and more of a chaotic fever dream. After a rusty start and a missed free kick, CS Sedan-Ardennes woke up from their slumber, equalizing in the 17th minute before launching an absolute blitzkrieg in the second half that left their opponents looking like training cones. ⚽

The second half was pure carnage. CS Sedan-Ardennes turned the screws, scoring in the 50th minute and adding a clinical free-kick goal in the 60th. By the 70th minute, it looked like a total rout at 4-1. Richmond, despite their measly three shots on target and a penchant for clumsy fouls, suddenly decided to play football again in the final ten minutes. Their late flurry in the 83rd and 85th minutes sent blood pressures skyrocketing, but it was too little, too late to stop the inevitable result. 🎢
