For the first forty minutes, Westeros FC looked like they were playing in slow motion, watching FunTeam pepper their goal with 10 shots on target until the dam finally broke at the 42nd minute. Despite a brief moment of delusional hope when Westeros FC managed to claw back two goals to briefly lead 2-1, the reality of their lack of talent quickly set in. ⚽

The second half was nothing short of a comedy of errors for the home side. As FunTeam started finding the back of the net with the ease of a Sunday stroll, the only thing Westeros FC seemed capable of doing was fouling their opponents and breaking their own players. The 61st-minute injury was the perfect metaphor for their campaign: clumsy, painful, and entirely self-inflicted. While FunTeam was busy orchestrating a masterclass in clinical finishing—especially that beautiful corner kick goal at the 59th minute—the Westeros FC defenders were busy auditioning for a slapstick routine. 🤡

In the end, FunTeam walked away with a well-deserved victory, leaving Westeros FC to contemplate their six pathetic fouls and their complete inability to defend.
