THE 151/96 GHOSTS: A MASTERCLASS IN INVISIBILITY
What we witnessed on the pitch today was less of a football match and more of a charity exhibition where The 151/96 decided that the ball was lava. With a staggering zero shots—both on and off target—they spent ninety minutes perfecting the art of the vanishing act. It is truly a rare talent to walk onto a professional field and manage to be completely irrelevant for the entire duration of the game, leaving their goalkeeper to face a firing squad while the rest of the team practiced their cardio in total silence. 👻
On the other side of this absolute demolition, Vekahaine turned the stadium into their personal shooting gallery. From the 22nd minute onward, the floodgates didn't just open; they were ripped off their hinges. With seven shots on target and a clinical five-goal haul, Vekahaine treated the defense of The 151/96 like a series of traffic cones, albeit less mobile ones. The relentless pressure was suffocating, turning the final 0-5 scoreline into a mercy killing rather than a competitive result.
The only thing The 151/96 managed to contribute to the match statistics were two measly fouls, perhaps an attempt to remind the referee that they were actually present on the grass. Meanwhile, Vekahaine barely broke a sweat, committing only a single foul in a game they dominated from start to finish. If this performance is anything to go by, The 151/96 should consider switching to a sport that doesn't involve a ball, while Vekahaine can start printing their championship t-shirts already. Absolute carnage. ⚽
