A Total Demolition: FunTeam Turns FC Westwood GT into Training Cones
What we witnessed today wasn't a football match; it was a public execution disguised as a sporting event. FunTeam arrived with a hunger that bordered on predatory, dismantling FC Westwood GT with a ruthless 5-1 scoreline. While FC Westwood GT managed a brief glimmer of hope with a corner goal in the 9th minute, that was merely a polite invitation for FunTeam to stop playing with their food. By the 25th minute, the score was already 3-1, and you could practically hear the collective soul of FC Westwood GT leaving their bodies.
The sheer disparity in the stats is embarrassing: 9 shots on target for FunTeam versus a pathetic single attempt for FC Westwood GT. Even when FunTeam tried to give their opponents a break by missing a penalty in the 36th minute, they immediately made up for it with a clinical display of dominance. FC Westwood GT spent most of the afternoon chasing shadows and collecting a yellow card, clearly frustrated by their own inability to string two passes together without looking like they were playing in concrete boots. ⚽
By the time the final whistle blew, FunTeam had turned the pitch into their personal playground, racking up goal after goal while FC Westwood GT retreated into a shell of defensive misery. It was a masterclass in attacking efficiency from FunTeam and a masterclass in "how to get humiliated on national television" for FC Westwood GT. If this is what the future of the league looks like, I suggest FC Westwood GT considers a career change—perhaps professional bowling? 🤡
