Rift Rubis/97 Turns Team Retro/91 Into A Museum Exhibit of Failure
What a spectacular display of dominance! Rift Rubis/97 treated the pitch like their personal playground today, dismantling Team Retro/91 with a ruthless 4-0 scoreline that felt more like a public service announcement than a football match. While Rift Rubis/97 played with the grace of a well-oiled machine—committing zero fouls, mind you—the visitors were seemingly allergic to the concept of fair play. It was a masterclass in efficiency for the victors, who turned 7 shots on target into an absolute goal-fest, leaving the opposition chasing shadows and picking up yellow cards like they were collecting trading stamps. ⚽
The misery for Team Retro/91 began early when Rift Rubis/97 opened the scoring at the 20th minute, setting the tone for a long, painful afternoon. As the frustration mounted, the Team Retro/91 squad decided that if they couldn't stop the ball, they would at least try to stop the players, resulting in a flurry of three yellow cards between the 29th and 66th minutes. It was a desperate, chaotic defensive display that only served to highlight their complete lack of discipline against a superior opponent who simply refused to play dirty.
By the time the final whistle blew, Rift Rubis/97 had hammered the final nails into the coffin with two late goals in the 82nd and 85th minutes. Watching Team Retro/91 struggle to connect with their lone shot on target while the home side danced around them was nothing short of tragic—or hilarious, depending on your allegiance. This wasn't just a win; it was a total annihilation that proved Rift Rubis/97 is currently playing a different sport entirely compared to the fossilized efforts of Team Retro/91. Better luck next time, boys, maybe try playing the ball instead of the man! 🤡
