What an absolute circus of a game! The fans at the stadium were treated to a defensive masterclass—if your definition of a masterclass is ignoring the defense entirely. Benfica CH started the game like they were playing in a dream, snatching an early lead in the 12th minute after a flurry of shots. For a brief moment, the visitors looked like they had the tactical upper hand, but RC Strasbourg Alsace decided that playing defense was far too boring and opted to turn the pitch into a chaotic pinball machine instead. ⚽

Benfica CH clawed back to take the lead again at the 29th minute, but their joy was short-lived as the home side found the net in the 35th minute. With only two fouls committed by the home team and one by the visitors, it was clear that both sides were far too busy scoring goals to bother with the inconvenience of actually tackling anyone.
The second half was nothing short of a landslide for RC Strasbourg Alsace.
